Carnuba Wax

Carnauba Wax, known as the “Queen of Waxes,” is a natural plant-based wax derived from the leaves of the Brazilian carnauba palm (Copernicia prunifera). It is highly valued in cosmetic formulations for its ability to provide a glossy finish, enhance texture, and act as a thickening and stabilizing agent. How to Use:

• Measure wax at approximately 1%–5% of total formulation weight, depending on desired hardness.
• Melt in a double boiler or water bath at 80°C–85°C (176°F–185°F) until fully liquefied.
• Blend into the oil phase while stirring continuously for uniform dispersion.
• Combine with other ingredients as per formulation requirements.
• Pour while warm into containers or molds and allow to cool and solidify completely.
