Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your product, you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving the order for a refund of the full Invoice value.

We offer return shipping within the 14 days Return Policy.

Steps to initiate a return:

2. Once the order has been shipped, you cannot request an exchange.
3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition, you received it.

The return and money-back policies are subject to terms & conditions as mentioned below:

• You will receive complimentary return shipping for all eligible products for return/money back within the 14 Days Exchange policy.
• The product should be accompanied with the Original/Copy of the Invoice for all returns in the original package. 
• No exchange/return/cancellation request will be allowed after 14 days from the product delivery date of the courier service.
• The product should be in its original state as the item is supplied to qualify for a return. It should not be broken /soiled/damaged, or used.
